Looks like 2 were missed :)

duplicate symbol _h2_proxy_res_ignore_header in:
    modules/http2/.libs/libmod_proxy_http2.a(h2_proxy_util.o)
    modules/http2/.libs/libmod_http2.a(h2_util.o)
duplicate symbol _h2_util_ngheader_make_req in:
    modules/http2/.libs/libmod_proxy_http2.a(h2_proxy_util.o)
    modules/http2/.libs/libmod_http2.a(h2_util.o)
ld: 2 duplicate symbols for architecture x86_64
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)
