Are both cgi and cgid loaded in the test config? I saw 55-57 fail in that
situation.

10.1: limits.t hangs for me after testing 7/12 if I have the kernel accept
filter loaded; passes fine otherwise

(presumably "hang" is just temporary, until the testcase is timed out)

I don't see that with or without accept filter loaded

ditto (tested only with accept filter unloaded)

ditto (tested only with accept filter unloaded)

My overall results with both prefork and event, no accept filter:

Test Summary Report
-------------------
t/ssl/pr12355.t (Wstat: 0 Tests: 10 Failed: 4)
  Failed tests: 3-4, 7-8
t/ssl/pr43738.t (Wstat: 0 Tests: 4 Failed: 2)
  Failed tests: 1-2

I don't have a Lua lib installed; I don't see any other skips but PHP and
SSLv2.

2.4.12 on 10.1, no accept filter, event or prefork:

Test Summary Report
-------------------
t/ssl/pr12355.t (Wstat: 0 Tests: 10 Failed: 4)
  Failed tests: 3-4, 7-8
t/ssl/pr43738.t (Wstat: 0 Tests: 4 Failed: 2)
  Failed tests: 1-2

If the kernel accept filter module is loaded, limits.t hangs.

[X] +1: Good to go
