Sounds good, yes. This would also allow us to do a little more sanity
checking in ssl_engine_config.c:ssl_cmd_SSLOpenSSLConfCmd() - e.g. for
invalid command names (which are currently not rejected with "httpd
-t"... only when httpd is started).
