Aparrently, I have a misconception regarding what
--enable-mods-shared=all and --enable-mods-shared=most means. Compare
the following: one, more manual selection, and the listed modules
compiled in, and the second list - with failure!

michael@x054:[/data/prj/httpd-2.2.14]cat ../http_configure
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache2 \

--enable-proxy=shared \
--enable-proxy-connect=shared \
--enable-proxy-ftp=shared \
--enable-proxy-http=shared \
--enable-proxy-ajp=shared \
--enable-proxy-balancer=shared \
--with-z=/data/prj/zlib-1.2.3

What mod needs to be static so "things" like AddHandler function properly?
