the script should replace the corresponding part in roll.sh;
the html docu could be a file validate.html where we as first section
put the gpg checking, then a disclaimer which covers the sense of what
Rainer just posted, followed by openssl / md5(sum) / sha1(sum)
description and usage samples, + the links to windows flavours of these
tools.
