Subject How do I find the current request
Date Sat, 20 Jan 2007 08:55:17 GMT
Hi.

To plug libxml2 into apache memory handling I need to provide it with
global malloc and free functions. Assuming I am in an output filter, how
can my malloc find the way to the current request_rec?

(Life is actually more complicated, but if I can get my hands on the
current request Il find erverything else I need.)

Assuming mpm-prefork, its easy. I write r to a static variable in the
first filter_init to read that variable later in malloc. How do I do
that in a mpm independent way?

Thx,
Joachim
