I've reclassed the 44 open apr bugs over to the bugs@apr side of the
universe.  Sorry for the short, ugly burst, it was a one time change.
Hopefully no further interruptions of your email flow.

If you reopen an APR bug (or catch one being reopened) it will be
necessary still to reassign it to 'owner' or bugs@apr.a.o - but it's
certainly not worth reassigning all of those closed issues now.
