I'm seeing more and more quirky cases, esp on Solaris, where Listen *:80
isn't your friend once multiple ip drivers become involved (as different
IPs are bound to different cards).

You might explicitly try

Listen 127.0.0.1:80
Listen n.n.n.n:80

in place of Listen 80.
