Also the build environment issues Josh brings up (missing 
mod_authn_alias project, lack of official Windows source ball, 
references to 2.1 rather than 2.2, etc) should be addressed irrespective 
of Apachelounge binaries.  Anyone with appropriate tools should be able 
to build a Windows binary -- including mod_authn_alias -- and this 
should not be harder than with Apache 2.0.x.
