I'd like to copy httx2dbm back into 2.0 from 2.1.

This is primarily because I'm tired of telling folks that they can
generate RewriteMap dbm files using httxt2dbm if they happen to be
running 2.1 or 2.2, which, of course, they aren't.

There are no changes from the 2.1 version. It Just Works in its new
home. This also fixes the problem that the documented way to generate
these hash files doesn't always work for everyone, depending on what
particular dbm libraries they happen to have built against.
