I called it Queueing because it runs as a Queue handler, and because
the equivalent plugin in Qpsmtpd is called queue_smtp.  If someone
wants to call it something else I'm not overly attached to it though.

I figured we might as well crawl before we run...  There's no reason
support for EHLO can't be added later, although if a suitably licensed
SMTP client library exists it might make sense to just use that.  The
only one I came up with the last time I looked was libESMTP, which is
LGPL.
