Hmmm... maybe if we teach util_ldap_connection_find() to accept "-1", 
which means "none of NONE|SSL|TLS"...?

The -1 can be passed if AuthLDAPURL had one parameter, and NONE|SSL|TLS

can be passed if AuthLDAPURL has two parameters?
