ViewCVS diff should be right there where it is for CVS.
Example:

http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/incubator/public/trunk/README.txt?r1=46701&r2=46965&p1=incubator/public/trunk/README.txt&p2=incubator/public/trunk/README.txt&diff_format=h&root=Apache-SVN
(sheesh, that is a long url... but you get the idea).

Also there is a very nice 'revision' view, which shows all touched
files in a revision:

http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/incubator/public/trunk/README.txt?root=Apache-SVN&view=rev&rev=46965
