The "AccelIgnoreNoCache" disables a client's "Pragma: no-cache",
"Cache-Control: no-cache" and "Cache-Control: max-age=<number>" headers.

The "AccelIgnoreExpires" disables a backend's "Expires",
"Cache-Control: no-cache" and "Cache-Control: max-age=<number>" headers.
