Yes. The dynamic content (CGI, CAD_GET and POST) is enabled (default
specweb99 load)
.. and your observation regarding CGI is probably true on HP-UX also. I
disabled dynamic content, and I see a much better CPU utilization graph (100
% and steady for 5 minutes).
