mod_autoindex normally puts out HTML 3.2, so attributes for <body> may be

directives and put it into IndexOptions (alinkcolor, bgcolor etc).

which resolves to <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="<relurl>"> ?

also nice. If we ever think about porting mod_autoindex to html 4.01 or 
xhtml, it's probably the better choice.
