ltmain.sh also needs to be copied if we are going to use this approach.  With 
that change, I do get a shlibtool script and I'm able to build DSOs.  But what's 
the advantage of copying all these files rather than just leaving 
AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR pointing to APR's build dir?
