Yes, I'll be tagging PRE2 today.  I'll beg Greg Ames to upgrade
daedalus once again when I have.

Patches to be included:
 - all changes to the docs
 - bucket leak fix
 - darwin openssl locating fix
 - tru64 poll.c fix

If all is still looking good by saturday I'll retag as APACHE_2_0_41
and roll.
