So if there's a libexpat installed on the system, an LSB-compliant
httpd won't use it.  And if a non-LSB 3P module is linked against
the system libexpat, chaos ensues.

Speaking of which, what happens to the LSB-compliantness of an
LSB httpd if 3P modules are used with it?

Can someone explain to me again the advantages of supporting
LSB?  It's beginning to sound like a dinosaur, as relevant to
current technology as, say, OSI.. :-/
