PQ code is still broken. I can request a busy index page and get reliable segfaults (need
to configure mod_cache to have very short expiration dates (1 or 2 seconds), request the
index page, clear the local cache in the browser and request the page again. Do this a few
time and I get a segfault here:

memcache_set_pos(void *a, apr_ssize_t pos)
cache_pq_pop(cache_pqueue_t * 0x0059e008) line 223 + 14 bytes
cache_pq_remove(cache_pqueue_t * 0x0059e008, void * 0x005b3ec8) line 181 + 9 bytes
cache_remove(cache_cache_t * 0x0059ddd8, void * 0x005b3ec8) line 147 + 16 bytes
remove_entity(cache_handle * 0x0057c4a8) line 644
cache_remove_entity(request_rec * 0x0057b338, const char * 0x00553e28, cache_handle *
0x0057c4a8) line 153 + 10 bytes
cache_in_filter(ap_filter_t * 0x0057c628, apr_bucket_brigade * 0x0057cc98) line 637 + 22
bytes
ap_pass_brigade(ap_filter_t * 0x0057c628, apr_bucket_brigade * 0x0057cc98) line 534 + 16
bytes
default_handler(request_rec * 0x0057b338) line 3276 + 19 bytes
ap_run_handler(request_rec * 0x0057b338) line 194 + 78 bytes
ap_invoke_handler(request_rec * 0x0057b338) line 373 + 9 bytes
ap_process_request(request_rec * 0x0057b338) line 257 + 9 bytes
ap_process_http_connection(conn_rec * 0x00577388) line 291 + 9 bytes
ap_run_process_connection(conn_rec * 0x00577388) line 85 + 78 bytes
ap_process_connection(conn_rec * 0x00577388, void * 0x005772c8) line 209
worker_main(long 0x00000009) line 1151
_threadstartex(void * 0x0059e848) line 212 + 13 bytes

The cache entry pointed to by a has been freed and the segfault happens on the atomic set
call.
