you need to implement a m-to-s hook for this.
if you don't care about r->filename then maybe something like


static int oid_map_to_storage(request_rec *r)
{
     if (!r->proxyreq || strncmp(r->filename, "proxy:", 6) != 0)
         return DECLINED;
     return OK;
}

obviously, changing the 'if' to meet your needs
