Not a release tag, I presume.  Plus a post-declare tag as well, no?

The more I think about it, the more possible it is that this may not
break things in the way I expected, stay tuned [2.0 builds clean, on
to checking 1.3.]  Of course, we retain the .def file in the 1.3 tree
or binary compatibility will be entirely horked.
