The correct fix should be in ssl_util_vhostid().. We're seeing this problem
only after the Port directive was removed (during the Pass Phrase dialog
time).. I just proposed this as it was a quick fix solution rather than
messing with the code..

The ServerName directive syntax changed with 2.0
There is no Port directive anymore and I think that is what is causing the
problem, it needs to be explictly declared on the servername if the port is
other than 80
