I'm not arguing, we need to fix the bug.

Moreover, I've observed some _VERY_ problematic behavior mixing VirtualHost *
and <VHost _default_:443> syntaxes.  We need to be able to mix them, yet the
server not only complains, but turns SSL on in vhosts where it is not explicitly

Needs some serious bashing, which I'll be spending quite a bit of time on after
the holiday.
