First of all: this message belongs on infrastructure@apache.org -- not the
dev list.

Second: the site is operating quite fine for me. I just hit the web site and
brought up a bunch of ViewCVS pages.

"That server is broken" is a bit hurried of a judgement, don't you think?
The server appears to have been up and running since September 23rd.
