I've been kicking around ways to build _all_ the loadable modules from the make files,
adding these projects would have dropped my incentive to finish that project :)

However, I've had too much on my plate.  I'll drop these in and get the modules
building on Win32, right after I finish 1.3 today (TLS storage, __declspec(thread)
allocations do _not_ work for run-time binding on Win32 with the CLIB, it trounced
the setjmp buffer of msvcrt - which blew up leaving no trace of why.)  I'm just
stealing TLS code from mod_proxy to 'get by' for now.
