Yes, but, at least to me, "Child" does not naturally imply "Child Process".
When thinking about a threaded MPM, "child" could just as naturally mean
"thread".  So my suggestion for MaxRequestsPerChild should be
MaxRequestsPerProcess and ThreadsPerChild should be ThreadsPerProcess.
Perhaps the child->process mapping is clearer to others.
