Holding off the tag till later this week. The AcceptMutex stuff is important enough to go
out on its own merits, so I plan to tag no later than Friday evening ready or not :-). In
the meantime, I am working on some of the mod_mime/mod_negotiation back ports of Mr.
Rowe's work.
