Subject Good pages included in default htdocs for benchmarking?

It'd be nice if we could all come up with a standard suite of pages 
when we do "informal" benchmarks.

So, here's what I propose:
/manual/
/manual/new_features_2_0.html
/manual/invoking.html
/manual/stopping.html
/manual/logs.html
/manual/content-negotiation.html
/manual/mod/
/manual/mod/core.html
/manual/mod/directives.html

I think we should also have some mod_include stuff in here, but the
FAQ page doesn't look like it is doing anything right now.  Odd.

Of course, I'd suggest using flood.  =-)  -- justin
