Subject RE: Filters : mod_ssl - WORKS
Date Thu, 12 Jul 2001 15:24:00 GMT
Sure, For MOD_SSL,
1. The configuration directives are similar to mod_ssl 2.8.3 (or the set of
directives that used to be configured with Apache 1.3.19).
2. The "-DSSL" option is still not available - "apachectl start" will start
up the webserver in the SSL mode by default. Any of the configuration
directives that were being defined in the "<IfDefine SSL> ... </IfDefine>"
block will now have to be moved within the "<IfModule mod_ssl.c> ...
</IfModule>" block.

I shall give more details along with the patch that I plan to send out
today.

For MOD_TLS, there are only 2 configuration directives : TLSFilter and
TLSCertificateFile.

Thanks
-Madhu
