1. <Directory> points to actual physical directories, not aliases.
Use <Directory /www/mysite/bin>

2. The <Limit> and </limit> lines are completely pointless.

3. You should just be outputing text/html

4. This is a configuration question which should be directed to
news:comp.infosystems.www.servers.unix or similar forum.
