Breakage in IBMHTTPD is NOT our concern. We will implement whatever and
however we want in Apache. We are doing what is Best, which doesn't equate
to never changing the API.

If they want to patch conn_rec, then it is their problem to deal with

That said, we aren't going to gratuitously change APIs and structures, but
if the Best Thing is to do so, then we will.

Obviously, they haven't found it to be a problem. If/when they do, they can
post them. It isn't really our concern.
