Ok.

No answer, noone has confirmed this issue.  Jim, please, roll with it!

We could, as you say, loose sleep over this.  It's nothing that an
astute web admin won't configure correctly in the first place, so
once we get an answer, let's address it.  ITMT, let's get one out the
door :-)
