nmake -f makefile.win _apacher|_apached|clean|_cleanr|_cleand

all work just fine.

nmake -f makefile.win installr|installd

works right up to the last command and fails if perl isn't installed,
therefore the user has to copy the httpd-win.conf file themselves and
edit the @@ServerRoot@@ statements.  Beyond that, the script still
succeeds in building, and in installing nearly all of the build.
