Okay. 'arbitrary'and 'unilateral' are a bit harsh. Apologies...  Got a bad
start on my day today but I'm feeling better now :-)

I completely agree with you.  And you may be right, maybe we shouldn't include
mod_ext_filter, either. Feel free to call me an idiot if it turns out to be
true :-)
