OK, a bit later than planned, but I have now removed all the tags from
the httpd-docs-1.3 tree so that checking out old versions should work
OK.

I attempted to do the same for httpd-docs-2.0 but because of the weird
setup in the modules file the tags were also removed from the include
files! This didn't occur when I tested the operation beforehand
because I didn't use a full copy of the repository :-(

The affected tags are:
T39da134c|fanf|~|D|apache-doc-split-02|httpd-docs-2.0
T39da1351|fanf|~|D|APACHE_2_0_ALPHA_4|httpd-docs-2.0
T39da1353|fanf|~|D|APACHE_2_0_ALPHA_3|httpd-docs-2.0
T39da1355|fanf|~|D|apache-doc-split-01|httpd-docs-2.0
T39da1355|fanf|~|D|APACHE_2_0_ALPHA_2|httpd-docs-2.0
T39da1355|fanf|~|D|APACHE_2_0_ALPHA|httpd-docs-2.0

and the directories are:
apache-2.0/src/include
apache-2.0/src/lib/apr/include
apache-2.0/src/os/unix

I can restore the tags based on timestamps, but if anyone has a copy
of the repo so that I can check the version numbers that would be
helpful.
