    Well, unless Apache 2.0 will run on systems which use 16 bits
    integers, this point is mood. Or when did you upload 3GB of
    data through your browser the last time? =)

    That is the reason why the interface uses 'int's. The return
    value is a 'long', because ap_get_client_block returns long
    as well. But for the sake of consistency, I've changed the
    definitions in the patch.
