Subject RE: Incorrect instructions for rolling releases?

I just tagged the tree.  :-)  Before somebody faints, I attempted the tag
first with a -n, and everything worked properly, so I just tagged.  With
that tag, commits are welcome again.  The tag is of course,
APACHE_2_0_ALPHA_7.  :-)
