Any platform authors that don't have ndbm/gdbm etc... read on...

If anyone else cares to do this right, (not teasing you, Ryan, I hacked 
this in the first place) feel free to throw out a hack to enable sdbm for 
mod_auth_dbm on any platform.  Wherever you see WIN32, it could just as 
well become a platform option.

Heck, even some un*x'es might appreciate such an option.
