Agreed... I'll revise WIN32 -> HAVE_DRIVE_LETTERS.  As for the
syntax //server/share/ ... does OS2 share this as well?

However, NETWARE isn't dosish, exactly, so it still needs its own
unique case.

Am I missing any ports?
