To put less load on the mirrors.

Btw,

$ rsync -rltz --delete --exclude incoming dev.apache.org::apache-site ~ftp/apache
receiving file list ...
opendir(bugs): Permission denied

which makes rsync skip deletions.

I've just added --exclude bugs to my crontab but it doesn't really scale
very well.
