Well, part of it is that APR_PREPARE_MM_DIR assumes ln -s works. OS/2
doesn't do symlinks. I don't really care because MM isn't used for OS/2 so
this fixes things by preventing the use of APR_PREPARE_MM_DIR. Is it the
right way?
