I am suggesting we release Apache_2.0a4 on Friday. If somebody else wants
to take the reins for this alpha, speak up now. If nobody else volunteers
before Thursday night, I'll do it. Also, speak up if you don't think a4
is ready.
BTW, I usually forget to do alpha's, and then one day I look at the
CHANGES file and realize there have been a lot of changes since the last
alpha. Please, if you notice that the CHANGES list is getting long,
suggest an alpha.
