Gee...  People misspell my last name fairly regularly, but I didn't
think my first name was that tricky :)

Sorry about the snafu...  I woke up this a.m. with cvs add
util_charset.h on my mind, but that was 9 hours too late.  As it turns
out, the change log should have said "Apache 2.0 no longer builds
anywhere" instead of "Apache 2.0 now builds on OS/390" :(

Is there a way to send a non-virtual beer?  (I just went to
www.virtualbeer.com and found a way to send a silly picture, but
pictures are annoying.
