The actual stats at the moment by version are at:

The most amusing bit is the spread of M$ servers, at 24.30% in their 
IIS 4.0 incarnation, and 2.44% in 3.0 (at .76% 5.0 hasn't even registered
in the equation.)  It goes to prove M$'s mission statement has been
effective.  (You know... upgrade early, upgrade often :-)
