Best of both worlds.

 1) Backing it out.
 2) Taking you up on your suggestion:
    killing ap.dsp
    rolling the modules into ApacheCore.dsp

If anyone wants to go to the trouble of cleaning out src/ap then
great.  If not, Win32 won't notice.

Answering either your's or Ryan's comment, ap was a lib long
before I jumped into any apache code.  ap is dead, long live apr!
