#1 - dftables - source executeable to create source code
                vis-a-vie gen_uri_delims

#2 - pcre - regular expression handler

#3 - pcreposix - regex.h emulation <under> pcre

This is simply the way unix builds it.  I couldn't care less
(other than the build was broke)
