The patch for makefile.in and configure.in do not include paths. When I applied your
patch, it attempted to patch src/configure.in and src/Makefile.in (which thankfully
failed) when you intended to patch src/lib/apr/configure.in and
src/lib/apr/misc/Makefile.in.  FYI...
