Ok, so when I point install.mak to apr_snprintf.c instead I now get an error
that it is trying to inlcude alloc.h from the include dir.  I can not find
an alloc.h anywhere in the source tree.  What gives here?  Is this not
getting built by an earlier process or is it just missing?
