Damn me, look before I talk.  It's ALREADY only done if ExtendedStatus
is on.  The lines I added to http_main.c and mod_status.c are within
if(ap_extended_status) blocks.

So do you still have a problem with it?  I mean, if ExtendedStatus is
on, then it would be nice to be giving precisely correct information,
right?
